What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Amanda Waller recruits incarcerated supervillains while treating their culpability and possible deaths as strategic assets.
Deadshot, Harley Quinn, Boomerang, and other imprisoned offenders are positioned as the mission's central agents.
The squad's flamboyant costumes and weaponry collide with government command structures and blockbuster combat spectacle.
Waller selects the squad specifically because their criminal records make them expendable if the operation fails.
