What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Katie is an island native while Lara is a famous actress, and Katie becomes involved in Lara's publicity-driven wedding scheme.
Hegg Island is chosen to evade paparazzi, but its small population makes Katie's decoy role and Lara's disguise conspicuous.
The attempted wedding, decoy bride arrangement, paparazzi pursuit, and Lara's hiding all make publicity central to the relationships.
Lara hides among elderly islanders while Katie and James become entangled in an accidental marriage created by the decoy plan.
