What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
The Hotel Artemis functions as a secret hospital for criminals, and the arrival of wounded robbers, a police officer, and the Wolf King forces its closed system toward confrontation.
The 2028 Los Angeles riot is driven by the privatization and scarcity of water, creating a backdrop of martial law and class violence.
Jean Thomas’s dry humor, agoraphobia, portable record player, and painful past complicate her disciplined role as the Nurse.
The apparently ordinary pen taken during the bank robbery is revealed to be a mobile safe containing diamonds belonging to the Wolf King.
