What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Abby Yates, Erin Gilbert, Jillian Holtzmann, and Patty Tolan form the central ghost-hunting team, with the comedy built around their distinct skills and friendship.
Gilbert and Yates seek proof that ghosts exist, while Holtzmann develops specialized equipment and the team confronts increasingly large-scale apparitions.
The film revives the ghost-hunting concept as a new female-led team while retaining proton packs, ghosts, and a recognizable urban supernatural framework.
More than one thousand mischievous ghouls descend on Manhattan and Times Square, turning paranormal comedy into large-scale effects-driven action.
