What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Vic and Blood scavenge across a ruined desert before entering an underground community preserving fragments of the old society.
Vic communicates telepathically with Blood, whose intelligence and cynical companionship shape their scavenging journey.
The film treats sex, survival, violence, and reproduction with deliberately provocative comic irreverence.
The underground citizens cannot reproduce naturally and attempt to use Vic for impregnation before disposing of him.
