What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Franz's murder investigation unfolds through humorous conflicts with colleagues, suspects, and the local community.
The investigation is rooted in rural Bavaria and its tightly connected, distinctly regional community.
Franz becomes the primary suspect because the murder weapon is his own knife.
The victim is Franz's despised superior, making suspicion both circumstantial and personally complicated.
