The returning troopers use childish pranks, crude banter, and abuse of police authority as recurring comic material.
The film reunites Thorny, Farva, Mac, Rabbit, and Foster after years apart and relies heavily on their familiar dynamics.
The troopers establish a new American police department on disputed Canadian territory while clashing with the royal canadian mounted police.
