What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
The awakening of a primordial dragon leads to global destruction, human scarcity, and a world dominated by flame-spewing offspring.
Quinn leads a fire-fighting and defense operation from a refortified castle inhabited by endangered human survivors.
The post apocalyptic landscape is characterized by barren terrain, burned cities, smoke, slag heaps, and persistent dragon fire.
Quinn’s defensive stewardship clashes with Van Zan’s zealous military campaign to eliminate the dragons.
