What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Tom and Charlie turn to retrieving drugs at sea when mounting debts threaten their fishing business.
The brothers’ smuggling operation depends on fishing boats and drug shipments deposited at sea.
The plot centers on half brothers Tom Eldridge and Charlie Sykes as their shared business and illegal choices strain their relationship.
The film links small-boat financial hardship, criminal partners, coastguard pressure, and brutality rather than presenting crime as glamorous.
