What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Ari Frost is described as 86.5 percent human while building an army of cyborg humans, making the human-machine boundary central to the premise.
Ari is trained under Alex Rain before forming an army to challenge the Red Army Hammerheads.
The Red Army Hammerheads dominate Earth, and Ari's mission is to regain control by taking down their regime.
The short runtime, cyborg-war premise, sequel branding, and independent production context position the film as pulp-oriented cult science fiction.
