What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
The film continues Toei's women-in-prison and revenge cycle through Matsu's escape, persecution, and alliance with a wronged strip club worker.
Matsu is once again on the lam while Detective Hirose tracks her and Kinuyo offers help motivated by her own grudge.
Matsu's resistance intersects with Kinuyo's personal hatred of the detective pursuing her, turning escape into shared retaliation.
The action-thriller framework and Toei production context emphasize theatrical confrontations and heightened pulp presentation rather than realism.
