What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
The anticipated meteorite fall connects a Honduran village's preparations with Julien's conviction that the impact will occur in Saint-Dizier.
Julien returns from psychiatric hospitalization convinced that official expectations about the meteorite are wrong.
The plot alternates between a village preparing for a fall and Julien's return to Saint-Dizier, turning both locations into sites of expectation and unease.
The meteorite's predicted destination becomes a vessel for communal anticipation and Julien's private certainty.
