What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Seven stories range from Cortana's cosmological history and a tragic Arbiter tale to parody, military missions, and CGI spectacle.
The Spartan-II recruitment, origins, rivalries, and missions repeatedly foreground the human cost and purpose of supersoldier programs.
Production I.G., Toei Animation, BONES, BeeTrain, and other Japanese creators provide visibly distinct segment aesthetics, while The Package uses all-CGI imagery.
Origins surveys a 100,000-year timeline while the other segments deepen Covenant, Arbiter, Spartan, Marine, and UNSC lore.
