What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
The cat crime syndicate, mouse agents, gangland hierarchy, and mission structure deliberately echo gangster and spy-film conventions.
Cats and mice function as organized populations with scientists, intelligence agencies, soldiers, criminals, and competing political interests.
The story takes place on planet X in the year 80 AMM, where an interspecies extermination plot and bizarre technology drive broad comedy.
Intermouse recalls the retired Nick Grabowsky to retrieve Professor Fushimishi's plans and confront the cat threat.
