What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
The film presents Prithviraj Chauhan's struggle and the Ghurid conquest through an explicitly revivalist interpretation of Hindu Rajput identity.
Prithviraj's marriage to Sanyogita is a central component alongside his military achievements.
The film recreates the Chahamanas court, Rajput warfare, and clashes with Muhammad of Ghor as a major-scale period production from Yash Raj Films.
