What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
The film combines martial arts clashes with overt slapstick comedy and fantastical combat abilities.
The plot explicitly uses time travel and a time machine to bring the conflict into a high school setting.
Ryu, Dhalsim, Vega, M. Bison, Ken, and Sagat appear together in a Hong Kong feature adapted from Street Fighter imagery.
Fire breathing, hoverboards, magic, and heightened battles give the action a flamboyant, unreal presentation.
