What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Suze's search for her abandoned child becomes a chaotic journey through institutions, records, and official obstacles.
The film's farcical city journey and irreverent critique are presented through an intentionally heightened, sometimes kitsch aesthetic.
The seriously ill Suze, burned-out JB, and blind archivist Blin become an interdependent trio despite their radically different circumstances.
Suze's serious illness and search for the child she was forced to abandon give the madcap comedy a persistent emotional ache.
