What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Strathmore College faculty and students reward marketable posturing and primitive work while belittling Jerome's sincere drawing.
Jerome begins as an idealistic drawing student but becomes desperate to secure the first-semester award and recognition.
The strangler's killings occur around the college while suspicion and attention circulate among students and campus figures.
Jerome's affection for Audrey is complicated by Jonah's confidence, masculinity, artistic acclaim, and competing claim on her attention.
