What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Alex and his friends join a traveling circus to cross Europe, then discover that performing gives them a new sense of belonging.
The animal group moves from Monte Carlo through Europe while evading Animal Control and pursuing a return to New York.
The traveling circus premise supports colorful performances, kinetic chases, and large-scale visual comedy.
Alex, Marty, Gloria, Melman, the penguins, lemurs, and monkeys contribute separate comic dynamics to the same escape-and-return adventure.
