What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
The cafe television displays events two minutes ahead, allowing Kato and his friends to act on information from their immediate future.
The film builds its central time-viewing conceit through linked television screens and repeated views of the cafe.
Kato and his friends move from curiosity to increasingly energetic and reckless uses of the temporal anomaly.
The temporal paradox and clairvoyant information directly test free will, causality, and the characters' ability to alter outcomes.
