What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
The film places a rebellion against a tyrannical ruling force within a stylized, quasi-mythic universe of distant moons, warriors, and alien civilizations.
Kora seeks out Titus, Nemesis, Darrian Bloodaxe, and other fighters to protect the threatened settlement.
Zack Snyder frames space battles, alien landscapes, armored forces, and combat tableaux as heightened digital spectacle.
The peaceful settlement's survival depends on resisting a militarized ruling force that demands submission and control.
