What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
The Graboid menace changes form during the hunt, forcing Earl, Grady, Kate, and Burt to revise their tactics.
Earl's fame from the Perfection killings has faded, but the bounty and his reputation draw him back into Graboid hunting.
The hunters use seismographs, remote-controlled cars, explosives, and stocked weapons to lure and destroy underground creatures.
The film combines witty banter, zany hunting schemes, creature gore, and an intentionally playful monster-movie atmosphere.
