What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Daisy's recollection centers FDR's personal life and the royal visit rather than presenting a conventional political biography.
Bill Murray's Roosevelt is presented through his disability, romantic entanglements, humor, and political presence.
Daisy narrates her past relationship with Roosevelt from an emotionally involved perspective.
Hyde Park and the royal weekend are framed through formal rooms, staged hospitality, and production-designed 1930s settings.
