Films like Inspector Clouseau, and why
The Pink Panther
Both are episodic detective farces built around physical comedy, chaotic investigations, and an accident-prone central investigator.
A Shot in the Dark
Shares British crime-comedy settings, broad slapstick, and a bumbling law-enforcement protagonist whose incompetence drives the humor.
The Great Muppet Caper
Comparable for its caper structure, absurd criminal schemes, and deliberately exaggerated comic pursuit of stolen loot.
