What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Cruchot and his fellow gendarmes struggle to operate new equipment, train the four policewomen, and respond competently to a kidnapping crisis.
The male gendarmes become distracted by the young female officers they are supposed to educate, producing escalating workplace chaos.
The plot includes disguises and transvestite-related comic situations alongside police investigations and kidnappings.
The police office receives high-tech equipment, which becomes another source of confusion rather than efficiency.
