What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Brigitte and Ginger rely on their relationship while trapped in the besieged traders' fort and threatened by werewolves.
The nineteenth-century Canadian traders' fort and surrounding forest create an isolated frontier environment for the werewolf attack.
One sister is bitten, making the threat internal as well as external and driving the fear of transformation.
The forest and fortified trading post function together as opposing spaces of exposure and entrapment.
