What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Grandma Joy’s miraculous revival disrupts the village’s gradual return to normal life rather than isolating the supernatural event from communal experience.
The film combines comedy with drama and horror while following a community shaped by the deaths of Baikaow and Sak.
The village’s calm after Baikaow and Sak’s deaths is unsettled when Grandma Joy returns after being struck by lightning.
The title, supernatural premise, and village-centered response place spiritual questions within a distinctly communal Thai setting.
