What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
The teens use bats, sledgehammers, garden tools, and guitars while fighting the risen dead in comedic fashion.
Geeks, nerds, outcasts, and dateless losers put aside their differences to save their town.
The zombie outbreak begins during a middle-American high-school prom, making the dance the central social and survival arena.
Prom dresses, tuxedos, cemeteries, school-age social rivalry, and undead combat are combined within one stylized horror-comedy premise.
