May contain story progression spoilers
Sadık's imprisonment and loss during the 1980 coup shape his return to Hüseyin and Deniz's future.
The central conflict follows Sadık's attempt to reconnect Deniz with Hüseyin while confronting his own estrangement from his father.
Sadık returns with Deniz to the family farm in an Aegean village, where domestic traditions preserve unresolved history.
The film layers bereavement, imprisonment, generational conflict, and reconciliation into an intensely emotional family narrative.
