What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Callum uses the Animus technology to experience Aguilar de Nerha's memories while remaining connected to the modern conflict.
The film intercuts Callum's present-day imprisonment with Aguilar's fifteenth-century missions against the Templars.
Aguilar and the Assassins use rooftop traversal, leaps, and rapid escapes through fifteenth-century Spanish cities.
The Assassins oppose the powerful Templar organization across both historical memory and present-day power structures.
