What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Invited guests are sealed inside a Berlin theater while the horror film they watch appears to manifest in reality.
The film emphasizes gory deaths, dribbling monster transformations, and a demon erupting from a girl's back.
The movie theater is walled in and progressively overrun by demons attacking the trapped audience.
Retrospective criticism identifies the film's chaotic, gross-out, unintentionally comic energy as ideal for party-horror viewing.
