What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Harvey and Kate are middle-aged adults confronting loneliness, disappointment, and the possibility of a new relationship.
Harvey faces replacement at work, exclusion from his daughter's life, and the fear that his most meaningful opportunities have passed.
The relationship unfolds through Heathrow, wedding events, streets, and ordinary London meeting places rather than a heightened fantasy setting.
The film pairs Harvey's bad day and Kate's failed blind dates with a gentle, sincere emotional connection.
