A group of college students embark on a search for the missing brother of a friend, venturing deep into the Black Hills Forest, the site of the infamous 1994 disappearances chronicled in the original found footage film. This isn't a rehash of jump scares, but a deeply unsettling and claustrophobic descent into psychological terror as the forest itself seems to manipulate time and space, trapping them within a cyclical nightmare. Utilizing a blend of found footage aesthetics and increasingly distorted reality, the film focuses on the fracturing of relationships and growing paranoia, conveyed through frantic camera work and desperate attempts to maintain their bearings.
