What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Frank Vega and Bernie Pope are older protagonists whose personalities and physical bravado drive the film's buddy-action appeal.
Reviews specifically note stock footage, poor CGI explosions, and a low-budget presentation.
The returning duo's banter and the reviews' observation that Trejo and Glover poke fun at themselves support this tone.
Frank and Bernie travel to Louisiana specifically to find their kidnapped friend.
