Eternally Yours

Charles and Liz are a charming, married 500-year-old vampire couple whose relationship has survived centuries because, as vampires, divorce isn’t exactly an option. Together, they navigate modern society and their daughter dating a human.

Eternally Yours (2026-present) is an American network comedy series created by Joe Port and Joe Wiseman for CBS. Charles (Ed Weeks) and Liz (Allegra Edwards) are a married couple who have been vampires for five centuries, and their marriage has lasted because, as immortals, divorce is simply not an option. The engine of the show is domestic: the couple must navigate modern society while their daughter Emma (Helen J. Shen) dates a human, Max (Jaren Lewison), a setup that turns ordinary family friction into supernatural comic complications. Supporting characters including Jesse (Parker Young), Phyllis (Rose Abdoo), and Mort (Tristan Michael Brown) add further household and social entanglements. The show is a short, seven-episode first season of roughly 21-minute episodes, following a case-by-case mix of situations rather than one dense plot. Its register is breezy, warm, and wry, with a focus on enduring love and the messiness of family life. Fans of What We Do in the Shadows, Moonlight, and Modern Family will find resonance here in its blend of undead domesticity and sitcom charm.

• What We Do in the Shadowsdomestic sitcom comedy built on a married couple with supernatural outsider status, light fun tone
• Moonlightvampire romance with a human-supernatural interspecies relationship, romantic comedy tone
