Silent Nava

In the small town of Tyha Nava, a young lawyer, Adam Yushkevych, unexpectedly finds himself at the center of an investigation into a series of brutal crimes. Adam faces off against a corrupt system where law enforcement falsifies evidence, witnesses remain silent, and victims try to bury their trauma instead of fighting for justice.

Silent Nava (2026) is a Ukrainian crime drama limited series created by Dmytro Andriyanov for Kyivstar TV. Young lawyer Adam Yushkevych (Oleksandr Rudynskyi) finds himself at the center of an investigation into a series of brutal crimes in the small town of Tyha Nava. Alongside him, Kira (Anastasiia Pustovit) and Stanislav (Andrii Saminin) appear among the principal figures pulled into the case. The engine of the series is Adam's push for justice against a system where police falsify evidence, witnesses refuse to speak, and victims try to bury their trauma rather than fight. Each episode peels back another layer of local silence and institutional rot, building a tense, claustrophobic mood across eight episodes of roughly forty-nine minutes each. The story unfolds as one continuing investigation rather than a case of the week, and it carries the gritty, morally heavy register of a modern Eastern European thriller. Fans of True Detective, Broadchurch and The Wire will find resonance in its corrupt institutions, its darkness, and its slow accumulation of dread around a town that prefers not to look too closely.
