I Parry Everything

Noor's dead set on becoming an adventurer, even if the only skills he possesses are useless ones. Sure, he can [Parry] thousands of swords in the span of a single breath, but you need more than that if you want to be an adventurer! Right?

I Parry Everything (2024) is a Japanese anime action fantasy series adapted from a light novel and produced by OLM for TOKYO MX and BS11. Its protagonist Noor (voiced by Daiki Hamano) has spent years in a remote forest village honing a skill he considers useless, the ability to parry thousands of swords in a single breath. Convinced he is still far from good enough, he sets out to become an adventurer, and his modest self-image keeps colliding with the awe of everyone who witnesses what he can actually do. Supporting voices include Ryoko Maekawa as Lynne, Nanako Mori as Ines, and Jin Yamanoi as King Clays. The engine of the show is a steady stream of encounters in which Noor's misjudged self-perception produces comic misunderstandings and escalating combat set pieces, each episode built around a new challenge that tests his nerve. Presented as a single season of thirteen episodes, it has a brisk, lighthearted register that mixes power fantasy spectacle with warm comedy. Fans of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation, Konosuba and The Rising of the Shield Hero will find a similar appetite for underdog heroics and fantasy adventure.

Audience reception is mixed, with viewers appreciating the power-fantasy comedy of an overpowered protagonist who misreads his own strength, while the series is generally viewed as a lighthearted, familiar isekai-style adventure.
