Undertaker: The Last Ride

The anticipated WWE Network docuseries will look back on The Undertaker’s storied WWE career and place a focus on the ongoing challenges the wrestling legend appears to have with a career beginning to near it's end.

Undertaker: The Last Ride (2020) is a American documentary series created by Vince McMahon and Mark Calaway for WWE Network. Across six 45-minute episodes, this single-season docuseries follows the wrestling legend Mark Calaway, known in the ring as The Undertaker, as he looks back on a storied WWE career while confronting the ongoing challenges that come as that career nears its end. Rather than a conventional match-by-match chronicle, the series is built around reflection, with Calaway revisiting his years in the ring and the strain of a body and persona that have carried him for decades. Familiar faces from the WWE locker room, including Triple H (Paul Levesque), Shawn Michaels (Michael Hickenbottom), Edge (Adam Copeland) and Kane (Glenn Jacobs), appear as witnesses to the rivalries and friendships that shaped him. The result is a reflective, emotional portrait with a melancholic undertone, balanced by affection for the spectacle of professional wrestling. Fans of The Last Dance, Ric Flair: The Nature Boy and Beyond the Mat will find resonance in its blend of sports nostalgia, intimate access and quiet mortality. Set in the American wrestling world of the 2000s and 2010s, it suits viewers who want a thoughtful look at a performer's legacy.

Audience reception calls this docuseries an acclaimed, emotionally affecting look at The Undertaker's final stretch in WWE.
