What sets it apart
May contain story progression spoilers
Three former college buddies use a Mount Shasta backpacking trip to confront old wounds, but the shared environment intensifies their instability.
Hallucinogens transform the group’s outdoor retreat into a quest for alien contact amid increasingly surreal experiences.
The reunion is explicitly designed to improve mental well-being in nature before the retreat collapses into psychedelic madness.
The Mount Shasta trail begins as a restorative setting and becomes the site of escalating confusion and pursuit.
