Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous

Six teens attending an adventure camp on the opposite side of Isla Nublar must band together to survive when dinosaurs wreak havoc on the island.

Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous (2020-2022) is a US animated action adventure series created by Zack Stentz for Netflix, a Jurassic franchise spinoff in 3D animation. Six teenagers attending an adventure camp on the opposite side of Isla Nublar are thrown into survival when dinosaurs wreak havoc across the island. Darius Bowman (Paul-Mikél Williams), Kenji Kon (Ryan Potter), Brooklynn (Jenna Ortega), Ben Pincus (Sean Giambrone), Sammy Gutierrez (Raini Rodriguez) and Yasmina Fadoula (Kausar Mohammed) carry the drama, and the engine of each episode is simple and urgent: the campers must find food, shelter and a route out while a tyrannosaurus rex and other giant creatures close in. The series runs five seasons and forty-nine episodes, with its story continuing from one season to the next. Its tone is warm and kid friendly, with adventure and friendship foregrounded over gore, and its dinosaur spectacle is handled with an all ages sense of wonder. Fans of Jurassic World, Dinosaur Train and Dinosaucers will find resonance in its blend of prehistoric peril and loyal friendship.

Audience reception is positive, praising the animation and the family-friendly adventure, with ratings that dip in later seasons.
