Princess Connect! Re:Dive

In the beautiful land of Astraea where a gentle breeze blows, a young man named Yuuki awakens with no memory of his past. There he encounters a guide who has sworn to care for him—Kokkoro, a lovely swordswoman who's always feeling peckish—Pecorine, and a cat-eared sorceress with a prickly attitude—Karyl. Led by fate, these four come together to form the "Gourmet Guild." And so their adventure begins...

Princess Connect! Re:Dive (2020-2022) is a Japanese animated fantasy adventure series produced by CyPic and based on a mobile video game. Across two seasons and twenty-five episodes, it follows Yuuki, a young man who awakens in the gentle land of Astraea with no memory of his past. He is guided by Kokkoro, a lovely swordswoman who is always hungry, voiced by Miku Ito, along with Pecorine, voiced by Mao Ichimichi, and Karyl, a cat-eared sorceress with a prickly attitude, voiced by Rika Tachibana. Yuuki is voiced by Atsushi Abe. The four form the Gourmet Guild, and each episode is a self-contained quest, a small errand or monster hunt that turns into an excuse for meals, banter and friendship, while the larger shape of the world slowly comes into view. The engine is simple: a lost young man building a place for himself among companions who have chosen to care for him. Season two widens the roster with new heroines, including Ames, Ayane, Aoi, Chieru, Christina and Chika. The tone is breezy, warm and playful, with cozy humor and a soft sense of wonder. Fans of Konosuba and Log Horizon will find resonance in its light fantasy and party-based questing, and viewers who enjoy gentle, character-first anime will find it comforting.

Audience reception is mixed, with viewers appreciating the cheerful fantasy adventure and its cast while finding the game-based structure uneven.
