Offline (2022-2024) is a Russian crime thriller series created for Okko, streaming on the Okko platform. Its story follows users of BeHappy, a secret invisible smartphone application used to buy drugs, as they are hunted by a mysterious blackmailer calling himself Anonymus. The principal cast includes Nikita Efremov, Denis Shvedov, Polina Maksimova and Nikita Kologrivyy, who play characters tangled in the app's hidden underworld. The engine of the series is a grim ultimatum: confess everything to the police or take part in a game with death, and each episode tightens the pressure as the characters scramble to protect their secrets and their lives. The show unfolds across two seasons of ten episodes each, forming one continuing serialized story rather than standalone cases. Set in contemporary Russia, it is shot in a cold, urban register where digital anonymity feels both protective and suffocating. The tone is tense, paranoid and dread-filled, with moments of raw brutality that sit uneasily beside the characters' fragile human bonds. Fans of Mr. Robot, Black Mirror and Sin will find resonance in its blend of online conspiracy, moral blackmail and youthful desperation.

• Mr. Robotshared tense online-crime thriller with a sinister anonymous antagonist and moral blackmail
• Sinshared Russian-language youth crime drama about drugs and the web, with a dark conspiracy tone
• Black Mirrorshared paranoid dread and a shadowy blackmailer forcing characters into deadly games
