Lilo & Stitch: The Series

This animated series chronicles the further adventures of renegade scientist Dr. Jumba Jookiba's beloved Experiment 626, who is now living happily as Lilo's alien buddy Stitch. Jumba’s remaining experiments have landed all over Hawaii in the form of dehydrated pods. Lilo and Stitch’s mission is to catch Stitch’s "cousins" before they fall into the clutches of the evil Dr. Jacques von Hamsterviel!

Lilo and Stitch: The Series is an American animated family comedy-adventure created for ABC and Disney Channel as a follow-up to the Disney film. Set on the islands of Hawaii, it follows Lilo Pelekai, a lonely young girl, and her mischievous alien companion Stitch, a former genetic experiment. Together they hunt down his escaped cousins, dehydrated experiments scattered across the islands before the villainous Dr. Jacques von Hamsterviel can seize them. Lilo's older sister Nani provides the grounded family anchor, while the reformed scientist Dr. Jumba Jookiba and the clumsy alien Pleakley add slapstick chaos to the household. Each episode is a brisk, largely self-contained mission that mixes goofy sight gags with warm, sincere moments about belonging, loyalty and family. The tone is cheerful and affectionate, with a gentle island breeze over every adventure. Fans of playful kids' adventure with a big heart will find much to enjoy, and the show's humor works for children and adults alike.

Critics broadly enjoy the series as a lighthearted, warm follow-up to Lilo and Stitch, with its humor and family bond carrying it despite formulaic episodes.
