Loves with Trap (Amores Con Trampa) is a Mexican family telenovela that aired in 2015 and was produced by Televisa for Las Estrellas and Monte Carlo TV. The story follows the Carmona, a countryside family whose rural life is upended when the government expropriates their land and forces them to relocate to the city. In their new neighborhood they meet the wealthy Velasco household, and the two families' clashing habits and social worlds generate a steady run of misunderstandings, rivalries and romantic entanglements. Principal cast includes Aldo Guerra as Alberto, Boris Duflos as Diego, Lorena Graniewicz as Hilda de las Mercedes Sanchez, Ceci Flores as Susana and Eduardo Yanez as Facundo. Across a single season of 128 episodes, each installment of this 44-minute show plays out as a mix of comic mishaps, adventures and heartfelt melodrama. Its tone is breezy, warm and lighthearted, with the class gap between the modest Carmona and the affluent Velasco serving as the source of much of its humor. Fans of Rebelde, Los Simuladores and Mi Familia Tiene Sus Razones will find familiar comfort in its family-centered soap energy and its gentle comedy of manners.

Mixed audience reception, with viewers finding the family comedy-drama light and entertaining but unremarkable.
